Scope
- These terms apply to every offer we make and every distance agreement and order between us and a customer.
- If any provision turns out to be invalid, the rest remains in force and we will replace that provision with one that comes as close as possible to its original intent.
- Situations not covered here are judged in the spirit of these terms.
- Verbal agreements are only binding once confirmed in writing.
The offer
- Offers are without obligation unless stated otherwise. If an offer is limited in time or subject to conditions, we say so clearly.
- Each offer describes the product or service in enough detail for you to judge it, including the price including VAT, any delivery costs, how the agreement is concluded, payment and delivery, and whether the right of withdrawal applies.
- Obvious mistakes or errors in an offer do not bind us. Images are a faithful representation, but colours may differ slightly.
The agreement
- The agreement is concluded when you accept the offer and meet its conditions.
- If you accept electronically, we confirm receipt by email straight away. Until we confirm, you may cancel.
- We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure data transfer and payments.
- Within legal limits, we may refuse an order or attach special conditions if we have good reason.
Right of withdrawal
Physical products. You can cancel without giving a reason within 24 hours of receiving the product. Let us know by email within that period, then return the product within 5 days in its original condition and packaging where reasonably possible. You must be able to prove the return was sent on time.
Digital products. Digital products, such as downloads and templates, cannot be returned once delivery has started with your explicit consent.
Services. You can cancel a service without giving a reason within 24 hours of concluding the agreement, following the instructions we provide with the offer.
Costs of withdrawal
- If you withdraw, you pay at most the cost of returning the product.
- We refund any amount paid as soon as possible and within 14 days, provided we have received the product back or you can prove it was returned. We refund using the same payment method unless you agree otherwise.
- You are liable for any loss in value caused by careless handling, unless we did not give you the legally required information about withdrawal.
Exclusion of withdrawal
We can exclude the right of withdrawal, provided we say so clearly in the offer, for products made to your specifications, products of a clearly personal nature, products that cannot be returned by nature, services tied to a specific date or period, and services that started with your explicit consent before the cooling-off period ended.
Price
- Prices do not increase during the validity period of an offer, except for changes in VAT rates.
- Price increases within 3 months of the agreement are only allowed if required by law. After 3 months, they are allowed only if agreed and either required by law or you may cancel from the date of the increase.
- All prices include VAT and are subject to printing and typesetting errors.
Conformity and warranty
- Products and services meet the agreement, the specifications in the offer, reasonable standards of quality and usability, and the law at the time of the agreement.

- The warranty does not apply if you repaired or modified the product yourself, exposed it to abnormal conditions, or did not follow our instructions.
Delivery
